I've created the first tag, which is our 'official' release, and set it as 2.0.1. I've de
cided on 2.0.1 because there have been sufficient changes in our releases that 2.0.0 woul
d not be rational, and yet we haven't had any 'official' releases up until now, so I'm se
tting 2.0.1 as our starting point.
