[Pachy-Dev] Major overhaul of pachyderm repository (first pass)

Hey everyone,

I just wanted to let you know that I've made a major overhaul of the  
pachyderm repository on dev.pachyderm.org, in which I've pulled the  
apollo (and other non-related) projects out and we just have  
pachyderm code in the repository now. I've moved everything up a  
directory because of this, and later on I'll be cleaning up the  
directories and filenames, but for now the best thing to do is to  
remove and re-checkout your repository (unless you have code to  
commit, in which case, you'll want to commit your code first, then do  
a clean check-out.)
